Currency:
All prices
are displayed in Australian Dollars and all purchases will
be transacted in Australian Dollars
Shipping:
Generally
items will ship within 5 working days, however most are items
are manufactured to order so occasionally it may take a little
longer. However, we'll let you know within 2 business days
if there's a problem in fulfilling your order. You will receive
e-mail confirmation that the order has been approved if your
e-mail address was supplied and we will contact you via e-mail
once your product has been shipped. We do ask that you allow
up to 28 days for delivery (as is normal with mail order).
Security:
We have
utilised GOpay payment management system and Westpac merchant
facilities for our online credit card processing. All data
transmitted through GOpay is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology,
the highest level of non-military encryption currently available.
This means your transaction details are always processed securely
when being sent over the Internet. You will see the padlock
security icon appear in your browser window on all secure
pages. Orders are automatically verified and we never see
or have access to your credit card details.
Returns:
If you
have received the wrong item:
You can contact us within 14 days of it arriving to you with
details of the incorrect item you have received and what the
item should have been on (07) 3820 6074 or e-mail us at returns@wingsaseagles.com.au.
We will then contact you with further directions. As long
as it arrives with us in the condition it was shipped, then
there's no problem.
If it's faulty or damaged:
If you receive an item and its faulty or damaged then, again,
please contact us within 14 days of it arriving to you and
we will give you directions on returning the item and we'll
replace the product with a new one.
